The tape is a polyimide film as the substrate, single-sided high-performance silicone pressure sensitive adhesive coated, single-sided Fluoroplastic from composite materials or types of composite materials. Coated precision reaches +2.5um, no scratches, wire drawing or other phenomena, with good shear resistance and easy punching die cutting processing, excellent high temperature resistance and solvent resistance.
