Development history
The production base of Lvzhimei New Materials Company is located in Boluo County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. After more than 10 years of development, it has established an acrylic tape production base in Changping Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, an organic silicon pressure-sensitive tape production base and a power battery tape production base in Shiwan Town, Boluo County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. In March 2024, it established a subsidiary, Hunan Lvzhimei New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., in Changsha, Hunan Province. Leveraging the advantages of education talents in Changsha, Hunan Province, it is responsible for the research and international trade of Lvzhimei new materials.
The Guangdong Green Beauty production base has invested more than 22 million yuan, covering an area of 14200 square meters. It has 8 large-scale coating equipment production lines, 10 rewinding machines, 12 cutting and coiling machines, and a batch of other equipment, with total assets exceeding 100 million yuan.
We currently have a high-quality team for production and sales, including 15 full-time developers, 20 technical personnel, 5 administrative personnel, 8 management personnel, and 3% of production workers with a bachelor's degree or above and many years of production experience.
Product application
The company mainly produces polyimide high-temperature tape, waste discharge tape, brown PET tape, paint tape, new energy battery tape, and adds new products such as digital tape, termination tape, and solar photovoltaic positioning tape. The products are widely used in the new energy industry, locomotive and vehicle, automobile manufacturing, machinery, metallurgy, chemical industry, electroplating, electronic appliances, instrument and meter manufacturing, military systems (including aviation, aerospace, weapons, nuclear energy, ships), intelligent packaging and other industries.
